We are proud of the survivor made and fair trade items we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns on eligible merchandise within 14 days. The item must be unused, in original condition, tags intact and in its original packing. All "SALE" items are final. 

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of shipping and we will work to get you a replacement or refund. We may request photos or for you to return the damaged item back to us so we can inspect it and communicate any quality issues with the artisan group.
